MSHN is governed by a Board of Managers and three reporting committees:

Credentialing Committee
Quality and Clinical Integration Committee
In support of MSHN’s commitment to strong physician leadership, the Board is comprised of 18 members – 14 physicians and the remaining 4 members serving on the Mount Sinai Medical Center’s leadership team.
